His generous contribution has inspired the enthusiastic participation of 100 alumni, each contributing to this meaningful cause.<\/p>\n<p>The Centennial Time Capsule is designed as a symbol of Fu Jen Catholic University\u2019s core mission in education. Its layered pages represent the accumulation and transmission of knowledge, with the Fu Jen emblem placed at the center. Surrounding it, the names of 100 donating alumni are engraved, radiating outward like a constellation of stars, symbolizing their deep affection for their alma mater and the collective pride they share.<\/p>\n<p>The College of Management has carefully selected five symbolic items that embody its core values and the spirit of the times, placing them into the time capsule. Dean Mei-Chu Huang shared the significance of these chosen items:<\/p>\n<p>***\u00a0 A crystal paperweight engraved with the College of Management\u2019s logo, symbolizing the solid foundation of management knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>***\u00a0\u00a0A USB drive, representing technological innovation throughout history.<\/p>\n<p>***\u00a0\u00a0A coaster featuring Fu Jen\u2019s iconic architecture, preserving cherished memories of the campus.<\/p>\n<p>***\u00a0\u00a0An academic medal, commemorating the achievements and honors of faculty and students.<\/p>\n<p>***\u00a0\u00a0A rice grain-shaped cup, serving as a reminder that the seeds of knowledge, once sown, will cultivate limitless hope for the future.<\/p>\n<p>Through these items, Dean Huang hopes to preserve and pass down the spirit and vision of the College of Management to future generations.<\/p>\n<p>Adjacent to the time capsule stands the sculpture &#8220;Bright Moon&#8221; by Fu Jen\u2019s distinguished alumnus Yang Ying-Feng. This artwork, an expression of deep longing for one\u2019s mother, now sits beside the time capsule\u2014a profound testament to alumni\u2019s enduring love and gratitude for their alma mater, creating a beautiful interplay between past and future.<\/p>\n<p>The time capsule will be opened for the first time in 2050, marking a historic moment for the College of Management.
